  1. How can I mix the ginger? If I use a fresh one, its really hard. Shall the piece just be in there or do I have to cook and mix it in? Sorry for that but I can’t see through..

    1. Don’t worry about the color (lemon could change the color of the mixture due to pH below 7 =acid), but for the quantity, you should use 4 lemons.

    1. That entirely depends on your reaction to it. If you don’t have one, then no, it won’t, although it has some interesting effects on insulin. If you do have a reaction, like sweating, burning sensation, or a racing heart, then it’ll definitely make your body produce a lot more heat, quite a bit more than the cinnamon gives in calories. It’s like eating a hot pepper, but milder. And also the mixture will neutralise the effect of burning.

    1. Yes, i.e. before taking breakfast. Diet and exercising definitely would increase the speed of melting fat so it’s recommended. And yes.

  4. Oh my this tastes really good! Just took my 1st tsp and excited to melt belly fat! By any chance does this aid in helping loose skin in the belly? I have lost 84 pounds thus far and 16 pounds from my goal weight. I do exercise regularly but looking for assistance (especially if it tastes this good) in tightening belly skin.   5. I just wanted to clarify, do you take this on an empty stomach are after you eat, because you replied to someone else, saying take after a meal, I just started this morning, and I took one tablespoon about 30mins after I had breakfast, I just wanted to make sure I am doing this correctly.

    1. Yes we are sorry, it was a mistake maybe autocorrect or something else (can’t find out) but the correct one is before meals.

  6. Hi.. I have been doing this for a week now and I am not seeing any results.
    Can you just confirm I am taking it correctly.? I take my teaspoon first thing and then I have a small brekkie. Should I be waiting a while before I eat? At night I take it as soon as I get home and then have dinner. Should I perhaps be taking it just before I go to bed? Am I doing this right or can you be more specific on the process please. Thanks

    1. First of all it’s one TABLESPOON, second it depends on what are you eating (fast food, a lot of sugar…) it’s not going to help you and for the part of taking it, should be taken at least 30 min before meals. Thank you.

    1. That is the thing, there is no vinegar but they are asking how much so we told them “as the recipe says”. 🙂

    A) I have read the recipe so won’t be adding vinegar
    B) I have read the instructions and will make sure I use tbs rather than top
    C) I won’t substitute ingredients just cause I don’t like them
    D) I live on the modern age do I have a fridge

  16. I already for quite some time have been making a point of drinking water with lemon. First, I did it with iced water and than a respected mentor of mine that is very animate about what healthy choices she makes daily, educated me to start drinking hot water with lemon to aide in my digestion before my meal. I bring this up, because I recently started researching when I heard from a health vitamin company, “our bodies were not designed to hold on to excess body fat” & that is about the “acid” that is in our bodies that is the problem. (When you commented about it being an “alkaline”, I realized that this is what I have been looking for; thank you.) I believe that combining these ingredients will be very powerful for I already know the excellent benefits of ginger as an antioxidant, etc. As well as the benefits of the other ingredients. I will post more after I get started on my progress and results.   18. Doesn’t make sense that you would post this as a means to lose weight without trying it for yourself first to see if it works but instead wait for others to try it and post their results as confirmation of its efficacy.

    1. We are sorry but imagine if some big company is pushing 100 articles in a day that is 3000+ a month or 36000+ a year, and that company has 20 workers. How could on earth all does articles be tried by admin (CEO). This is not working like your thing, we first find the person with a successful story and then write the article and recipe from him/ her (so it’s working).     And should you take the 2nd tbsp before dinner or after dinner? If after dinner, how long should you wait to take it?

  20. I have tried this recipe. Taste great and it does work. That being said, I have noticed a huge difference in my tummy but not a significant change with the number on the weight scale. Not that the number matters to me just mentioning for those who may have the same results. I have consistently used this recipe for 5 weeks doing 2 on and 2 off. I live in Canada so now that it is winter i heat the drink up.
