  • 1 Tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions:

Wash the sugarcane, and using a sharp knife, peel the outer layer, and cut them in pieces, no longer than an inch. Blend the sugarcane pieces, and add water and ginger.

Then, strain the mixture using a strainer or muslin cloth, and add a tablespoon of lemon juice.

Leave the juice in the fridge to cool.
